I had a realization after 2 1/2 months of daily workouts. I haven’t shed any pounds. I don’t look much different. But I feel stronger. And I realize that this core strength is more important than attractiveness or a bench-press max or a number on a scale. It’s not PappaSkinny or PappaSexy or PappaJacked. It’s PappaStrong, and I feel my body getting stronger in ways that I know will serve me well for years to come. That’s what motivates me to keep doing this.
